Landlords are responsible for the accuracy of their property listings. Hoomie does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing and is not responsible for any disputes between users.

Hoomie is a platform for connecting users. We are not party to any rental agreements and are not responsible for the actions of landlords or tenants. Use our services at your own risk.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
